Yes. All my products, are completed, by hand, by myself.

Each individual faceted drill, glass diamond, special shaped gem, are placed, using tweezers, individually, by hand.

Yes. All the 5D diamond paintings, completed by myself, are fully framed.

Frames are either white, or black, wooden, depending on painting subject colouring.

There is, for smaller frames, a stand, but all have a hanging accessory.

If, for example Royal Mail are unable to carry out deliveries, for example in instance of strike action, then every attempt will be made to find an alternative delivery method...ie, Evri (formerly Hermes).

All items, required to be posted out, are despatched within 2 working days, although I aim, and do despatch within 1 day, on 9 out of 10 occasions.
